Surprised this place didn't get a better review. Food is delicious and customer service is attentive. I have gotten their salads and sandwiches several times for lunch. Their fresh bread and crème brûlée are delicious!

Five stars! Just as good as the location that was closed in Blackhawk with the bonus of nice outdoor seating. Came here for a late lunch with a group of friends and had an excellent experience. A+

This was my second time here, and WOW the second time was so enjoyable! We were able to score same day reservations after my family finished squabbling about what town we would dine in. When we arrived our table was all set for us and every single staff member within earshot greeted us warmly. Some of our party arrived a bit later, but were still seated immediately. I sincerely appreciate the lack of pettiness or power trips. The service was wonderful, and the food was fantastic. I had the bocce bowl, which is a like a southwest style salad but the ingredients are fresh (especially the grilled chicken) and seasoned perfectly with plenty of spice. Speaking of spice, I had a drink called Strawberries On Fire, and it had a delicious jalapeño kick. My compliments to the bartender who crafted such a unique and satisfying cocktail. The other beverage I indulged in was the Italian Skinny Girl. The ISG was light, sparking, refreshing, and still had a generous portion of alcohol as well. My son had a steak, my mom had chicken and pasta, and my in-laws had shrimp. It is so hard to please everyone in our family, so congratulations Baci you did it! Not only was the food excellent, the portions were so big, that we couldn't even think about dessert lol. I will come for coffee and dessert though, because the dessert menu had a lot of very tempting options. I'd give 10 stars if I could. We were celebrating something very special and I'm elated that we picked the perfect place for an exceptional meal while enjoying flawless service. Our son is newly 21, and our server was so courteous when he requested ID before serving him wine. BTW the wine was also smooth and delectable.

Fantastic flavors! Came here to celebrate my moms bday and enjoyed some great food. Started with arancini and calamari. I had the Chicken parmesan, others enjoyed the pork chop and seafood pasta. Great service, nicely decorated.

We had a party of 10 and called for a last-minute reservation. They were very accommodating and managed to fit us in. Located in downtown Pleasanton, the restaurant offers convenient parking options, including a nearby lot and plenty of street parking. With both outdoor and indoor seating available, we chose to sit outside. And it was the perfect setting. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, and every single one was exceptional. Here's what we tried: - Fried Calamari: Perfectly crisp and well-seasoned, with an ideal texture. 5/5 - Lobster Macaroni and Cheese:Creamy with the perfect amount of lobster and shrimp. 4/5 - Gnocchi with Snow Crab:Served with a slightly sweet, creamy sauce, the gnocchi was perfectly cooked. 5/5 - Lobster Linguini:Came with a delicious sauce and a generous amount of lobster. 5/5 - Spaghetti and Meatballs:Classic comfort food with perfect noodles, a generous amount of meatballs, and a great sauce. 5/5 - Blackened Chicken Rigatoni:Perfectly seasoned with a creamy sauce, the chicken was juicy and flavorful. 4/5 Overall, every dish was to our satisfaction. Our server was particularly impressive; he took our large order from memory and got everything right. When it was time to split the bill into three separate checks, he remembered exactly which items went on each bill without any notes. Service was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back!

This Italian restaurant was a great find at pleasanton. I've had experiences in the past where we get the overpriced Italian food but don't leave happy as there's sometimes less flavor or taste. I guess the wide variety of options on the menu helped us pick some delicious dishes. My favorite of all? The lobster ravioli with jumbo shrimp! Loved n enjoyed every bite of it mixed with vodka sauce. The crab cakes were great as well.

The food was sooooo delicious! Everything was beautifully plated, ingredients tasted fresh and the food was made with attention to detail. Very flavorful! Everything on the menu sounded fantastic and no one was disappointed with their food. Everyone's plate looked amazing. They serve with fresh baked bread, oil & balsamic vinegar. The alcohol drinks are HUGE and strong. The service was attentive. Only downfall is the place is packed and the inside of the restaurant is very small. You are seated very closely to everyone else with limited space. It's also extremely loud to the point we were shouting to hear one another just from sitting next to each other. Although the food was incredible, it was terrible to not be able to hear anyone we were sitting with. We had a large 9 person party and I would not recommend bringing parties here to dine. it's a very intimate setting that would be better suited for 2-4 people.
